By Car from the M5; Exit at J31 onto A30 towards Bodmin/Okehampton. Take the A377 exit Towards Exeter/Crediton. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A377 head along Alphington Road. Turn right at Marsh Barton Road, Then Turn Right at Marsh Green Road East, Head along Marsh Green Road East, and you will see Nye Trade at the end on the right hand side corner surrounded by large Silver fencing.

By Car from Exeter Town Centre; Head Southeast on Queen St toward Nothernhay St, Take the 2nd right onto Paul St. Continue onto Bartholomew St West. Turn right at New Bridge St, Slight left at Edmund St/A377. Turn right at A377, Slight Left onto Marsh Barton Road. Then Turn Right at Marsh Green Road East, Head along Marsh Green Road East, and you will see Nye Trade at the end on the right hand side corner surrounded by large Silver fencing.
